Rowdy is a collection of images loosely inspired by old Chicago gangsters, and specifically, how inelegant they are typically depicted in movies. This shoot served as an intersection for Lauren’s interests: Chicago Jazz, old Chicago tropes, and photography. The hope was to emulate the feeling of rowdiness and being “up to no good.”
